No, but you already can't install on USB-only systems due to hokieness for USB keyboards. Intel UHCI controller USB keyboards don't work in the loader, so you can't hit Enter in between floppies, and due to the way they emulate older keyboards and the ugliness of the console probe, you won't have a usable keyboard once the system is booted.
