Removed files:
sys/sys dpt.h
Log:
dpt.h has moved back to sys/dev/dpt. The dpt ioctl interface will be
properly separated out from what is currently a header file filled with
lots of data mostly of interest to the kernel driver, and
placed in the proper location at that time.
