1) Configuration w/ soft updates enabled causes lock-ups during heavy load
2) RAID1 Works w/ ATARAID
     a) Restoring the failed drive causes kernel panic and data
corruption (fsck)
     b) atacontrol rebuild fails to work with Nvidia MediaShield
