I don't know about SubbaRau but I've been working for a few years
as a sysadmin. I hope that I have enough experience in not "pissing off
customers" ;) What I'm more concerned about is finding out what equipment
has been "put through the ringer" by other ISPs. I want to be sure it's
gonna work as advertised.
