I <jdp@freebsd.org> am the person to contact.
However, Japan already has 5 CVSup mirror sites -- more than any other
country. Why is another one needed? The CVSup load on freefall is
already pretty high, and I am reluctant to add another client unless
there's a good reason to do so.
