I must say that I feel a little pissed off by this response. I submitted
(a in my opinion) perfectly good suggestion on 5 December 1997.
I don't hear anything of this ticket for over 4 months, and then I get a
one line response that my ticket is closed, referring to a discussion I
have never seen.
It gives me the feeling that FreeBSD is not taking its gnats database
seriously :-(
