But I don't know about regional specials. Or get any RSA implementation and look out for (C) comments in the source. The ssh-1.2.25+ code should have a reference. Or go to your www.mutt.org mirror and step into the contrib directory in the download section. AFAIR it's USD 15,- per copy plus some pence off when purchasing larger volums.
