Yes, that is PRECISELY what I reported.

The problem is that is does not, or did not I hope, render with man(1).

(This is where I misunderstood G. Branden Robinson earlier. But the PRs he
linked *do* contain links to commits where man(1) is changed to use -andoc
instead of (incorrectly, merely used to work by accident) -man, so I suppose
this *is* indeed fixed now.)
