In the vhost area for that customer, add:
LogFormat "%h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b \"%{Referer}i\" \"%{User-Agent}i\""
If this is unclear, the LogFormat section of the Apache docs at
www.apache.org go into more detail.
