You must set the IRQ and port for the third IDE controller.
I'm using 486 with old BIOS and SoundBlaster IDE controller on port 0x168
and IRQ 10. You must set the wdc1 to those setting, and you must set your
ATAPI CD-ROM as master.

Notice : when you cold boot, you must boot to Win95 first, in order to set
the PNP setting on the card right, then you can warm boot my computer to
FreeBSD, otherwise it won't recognise your IDE controller on the
SoundBlaster card. Unless you have nonPNP SoundCard.
