Due to the fact that it appears the 12/8 image did not build, you should now be testing with the 12/9 image (which is now available on releng3.freebsd.org). Due to now being a day off, this will be a _3_ day cycle. Extra care should be taken on this one, as obviously something happened that broke the 12/8 snapshot from building.
