I can confirm that devel/py-setuptools fails to build if py311-wheel-0.45.1=
 is
present on the system, even if it uses py311-wheel044-0.44.0_1 as build
dependency, so something is wrong.=20

I know that Poudriere avoids similar problems due to the isolate build proc=
ess,
but if vanilla ports tree 'make build' in live system does not work somethi=
ng
is clearly amiss (compared to the expected behavior from FreeBSD system).
