You should tell us in "Approved by:" if the port maintainer approved
these changes, or if there was a timeout, or if the maintainer
objected, but was overruled by a hat -- not only to keep the record
straight, but because this may affect the handling of related PRs.
In this case I found out that it was a timeout by digging in the audit
trail of the PR that was cited, but it is safer and more convenient to
have the information in the commit log itself.
