I see no reason not to have some way of making rc.d/sysctl more verbose.

I wonder, however, if there is a more general pattern we could have to have
enable extra verbosity of other services... if you have an idea, let me kno=
w.
It's not a huge blocker for committing sysctl_verbose anyway.
