You have about a thousand questions there, and I have to go to work
in a few minutes, but....

This is about the best source of information on Samba I have found to
date: http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/samba/chapter/book/index.html

There is a configuration program that comes with Samba called SWAT.
Do a 'man swat' to find out how to install it. It is used from your
web browser, i.e. Netscape.

I have also been trying to use an HP printer off my Win95 box. I can
get it to print text, but no luck so far on learning how to use a
filter to convert Postscript for printing. Apparently no one on this
list has a similar setup, as I have asked this question several times.

The smb. conf file is located at /usr/local/etc/smb.conf

If you figure it out, please let me know.
