I've used the newer (source) version 2.3.0 via Linux-emu, and it seemed to work fine, so I can't imagine there should be any problems with 2.2.1. I've also used the newer version 2.3.0 natively compiled under FreeBSD, and it works just fine, too. :-) -Paul.
