You should be successful when you follow the instructions in
the online documentation. If you encounter problems, always
try to follow those "rules":

1. mention what you have done (exact command line)

2. describe what happened (program response, error message)

Always counter-check with the documentation to make sure
it wasn't just a "fat fingers" effect; happens to the best
UNIX gurus... ;-)
