The few kernel changes which I haven't committed yet are either unfinished
or need external review.  Actually only one piece still needs external
review and the reviewer knows who he is :-).

I haven't mentioned it to Andrew but I do think he should have commit
privileges.  At this point, I don't think he is even mentioned in
submitters.sgml...
