In fact this only apply to xdvi and dvips, since TeX does not use bitmap
fonts. Those ports are interactive, and there is normally no
corresponding package. However I will build packages with the default
paths and an install script to warn the user.

It is available at the same site  as tex. You may look at the LaTeX
port if you want a starting point to make your port.
