Anyone know the specifics of what > each field is used for? > Jay I assume you are refering to iijppp. Field 1 is the authname of the system on the other end which is attempting to connect. (if the other end were running iijppp it would be the entry in 'set authname') Field 2 is the secret the system on the other end is using to try to get connected (more or less). (if the other end were running iijppp it would be the entry in 'set authkey') Field 3 is the IP address of the system on the other end which is trying to get connected. Field 3 can also be of the form xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/yyy which means that the machine on the other end can be any address within that range.
