Yes, sure.  The entire userland is in need of the 4.4BSD-Lite2 merge.

Huh?  Are you confusing branch names here?  I spoke about the
bsd_44_lite_2 tag, the RELENG_2_2 branch is totally unaffected by this
(and won't see the Lite2 stuff at all, neither kernel nor userland, at
least not before 2.2R will ship).
