cvsup solved the include file shadowing problem with compile_et, but I still
needed the "build yacc as a bootstrap tool" patch to make the -stable world
from a 2.2.5 system (cvsup'd sources from about 10am EDT yesterday).  Of
course, I don't care any more since my installed yacc now understands -o...
