I'm 17 and I've been using it for the last 4 years. There's plenty of
incompetent asses running networks, most of them are 'computer coords' that
integrate by hiring so called 'local talent' (also known as 80$ an hour
consultant groups).

When in doubt, any of the decent structures seem to be run not by staff,
but by students.

That's my 2 cents worth.
