I assume you want to use the card with FreeBSD.
If you, you are really limited to bt848/849 or 878 based capture
cards (and TV cards) like the Hauppauge WinCastTV, AverMedia,
Miro PCTV.

A friend has a DC30 on a windows machine and is satisfied with it.
