Nope, I'm not overreacting. The page states that the code is licensed ONLY under the GPL. What's more, even if only the COMPILATION copyright is licensed under the GPL, that's enough to "infect" the collection as a whole. Authors of FreeBSD kernel code should send e-mail to Mr. Lepreau (lepreau@cs.utah.edu) saying in no uncertain terms that they will not stand for this.
