This means that the MAC address changed.


It could be a couple of things:

Most likely someone just swapped out the router or a network card.

Or there was a misconfiguration of an ip address. In that case
you should have seen it switch back when the offending system
was removed.

It is possible that someone was/is doing something bad, but
you would need more information than that to go on. :)
