You have to increase the value of MAX_SIZE in /usr/src/usr.sbin/ctm/ctm/ctm.h to at least 12MB (i.e. 1024*1024*12). This has been fixed in -current (to 20MB) and is awaiting a MFC. Not sure whether the fix went in before cvs-cur.6450, but I think so. In that case just recompile and install ctm.
