Here is what I did:

1) Shrunk Win98SE partition from 12GB (the whole disk) to 6GB with
Patition Magic 5.0;
2) Installed BootMagic 5.0.
3) Installed OpenBSD on a 2GB partition just after the Win98SE
partition.
4) Made sure the partition is on BootMagic, made sure OpenBSD boots
5) Installed FreeBSD, left the MBR alone and added FreeBSD on
BootMagic menu.
