To find out which cards are supported you can look at the manpages
for isic, ifpi and iwic.

Channel aggregation only works if you use isdn4bsd together with the userland 
ppp package. See the ppp manpage and look at the stuff under 
/usr/shared/examples/ppp for ISDN related examples.
