It's a Lucent (actually labeled as such) Gold Card.  Had to flash
it to the latest firmware on a Windows box, but other than that
worked like a charm on -STABLE.  I believe changes were comitted
around 4.4 to make the PCI carriers work right, and I did have to
manually set the memory address in the PCCARD config.
