++ 05/08/02 10:50 +0100 - Jamie Heckford:
| Hi,
|
| Seem to be having a problem piping commands in the aliases
| file from postfix.
|
| I have this in my aliases file:
|
| # Request Tracker
|
| it-support:     "|/usr/local/share/rt/bin/rt-mailgate support correspond"

Weird, seems to work just fine here:

From /etc/mail/aliases:
noc: "|/usr/local/rt/bin/rt-mailgate --queue noc --action correspond"

postfix-1.1.10,1 An alternative to widely-used Sendmail

Is rt-mailgate executable?
