BTW, this message is a really close contender for the "most cute but uninformative error message in FreeBSD" prize coming in close second after the "Toto, this doesn't look like Kansas any more" from bsd.ports.mk of yore. Until this gets fixed, there is really no other way but to cat something to /dev/random first.
