So this is b/c devel/apr0 is defaulting to threading but the checking in www/mod_perl2 was setup for devel/apr now devel/apr1. Previously the headers for the bundled apr0 where in other locations for www/apache20. I don't have an immediate fix, but I'll look into it very soon.
