Chris McAffee is, I > believe, the contact guy there for the FreeBSD port. Ahh!! A name! Great! I've been mailing all the addresses I could find at Netscape asking who to send FreeBSD bug reports to. So far no-one has been able to point me in the right direction (although I was warned by one kind sole at Netscape that "BSD is not for free" and I should not be pirating software and mailing them to complain! Wow.) FWIW, even when I was a DevEdge member for 2 years, getting feedback from Netscape about a bug report I sent in never happened. They just seemed to get sucked into a great void, whether or not anybody ever read them I never know (there was even a huge flame like uproar on the Netscape private developers newgroups at the time about the lack of response..). I'll see if I can track down Chris McAffee's email address and send all my bitching and complaing to him. ;-) -Mark > > Jordan -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mark Mayo mark@quickweb.com RingZero Comp. http://vinyl.quickweb.com/mark finger mark@quickweb.com for my PGP key and GCS code ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- University degrees are a bit like adultery: you may not want to get involved with that sort of thing, but you don't want to be thought incapable. -Sir Peter Imbert
