  Zoom modems have changed a lot.  Chances are they are using the same
chipset as the new Supras.  Basically all the K56Flex capable modems use
either the Rockwell chipset or the Lucent chipset.

  Supra also use to (still does?) make two lines of modems.  A low end
that was not software upgradable, and a high end that software upgradable 
(flash).

  Software upgradable modems are very nice.
