Not yet.  I'm helping to develop the FreeBSD (and other versions) of the
Comm API as a commercial product from Solutions Consulting.

If you need immediate and portable access to serial ports from Java, you
can get Solutions Consulting's product called SerialPort for Java; a
version for FreeBSD is available.  See http://www.sc-systems.com/
