I That's more than enough. You probable copied your entire /usr/ports/distfiles directory. Look in release/Makefile for # Set this to wherever the distfiles required by ${DOCPORTS} live. DISTFILES?= ${.CURDIR}/../../ports/distfiles and point that to some other directory that contains only the sources needed by textproc/docproj.
