Well...  you can do it.  You need to cvsup to the latest 2.2.x first and
make world.  Then you need to cvsup to 3.1 and use 'make upgrade' instead
of 'make world'.  Then you can cvsup to 3.4 and use make world.  If you
can do it, it is probably better to just back up your data and reinstall.
