First time I saw this term mentioned together with its meaning
was in the FAQ article on the 4.0 CD (German user group's
assembly). It was the first occurence, too, of how to get
umlauts _and_ IBM text graphics (the iso font and cons25l1
setting thing) -- at least to me. This could be of interest for
those of us using mc or mutt and the like.
