	If you do a mergemaster after your make (build|install){,1}world
it should've had you update your /etc/pam.conf. I don't know why
rebuilding world would change this error message at all. If this is a
single user system here's a brutish way to update things:

cd /usr/src && make update && make world && make kernel KERNCONF=3DGENERIC
&& mergemaster && shutdown -r now

	-sc

	PS In the future, this is an ideal question for -questions and
probably not -stable.

	PPS There have been enough flames recently, but at least you're
polite.

	PPPS List Admins, could we update the list information so that
it is clear that -stable isn't a place for questions that belong on
-questions? That might help the signal to noise ratio regarding this
list's charter (and yeah, I realize I'm not helping much at the moment).

FREEBSD-QUESTIONS               User questions
This is the mailing list for questions about FreeBSD. You should not
send "how to" questions to the technical lists unless you consider the
question to be pretty technical.
