(sorry this is a little stale) I've got a K7M with K7T/900 slot A processor with a 39160 SCSI card in it and a 36GB SCSI drive and it works just fine. Its dual boot, but I get uptimes of up to a week with no problems with freezing. Maybe its the memory or powersupply with your K7M boards?
