Yes and no.

Yes, but nothing wrong with your DNS but with the DNS of the
organisation which owns the 23.111.171.203 address.

No, because these are normal messages if the forward and reverse
lookups are different.

Who did you get the 23.111.171.203 number from? Is it something on
your local LAN or do you get it from the internet?
