Actually 2 years ago it got much better to be a non-issue.  4 years
ago with IDE CD-ROMs it was sketchy.  ... but what do I know being
responsible for manufacturing systems based on FreeBSD mounting root
via a CD-ROM in a dirty and hostile environment?
