    Ah, great!  I'll get started grabbing this information to read.

    I'll have to put together a web-page with all the filesystem references
I've tracked down, when I've got things orgranized.
    Any takers on references for the Mac's HFS+ system? :-)  The "forked"
file system which tracks metadata about a file in the "resource" fork separately
from the "raw" data in the data fork is similar to our design in some ways.
