irda ports are often on 10, so is the irda port disabled?

that io value is utterly alien. is it supposed to be that? if it's 
pretending to be an sb then it should be 0x220, if it's pretending to be 
mss then it should be 0x530.

this is weird.

did you do a verbose boot and look at those messages yet?
