Then there is probably a problem with your CVSup server lacking
some changes.  The share/mk/Makefile and share/mk/bsd.init.mk
were committed atomically with this commitlog:

MFC: bsd.init.mk, don't include bsd.own.mk from sys.mk, assorted fixes.
