Old /var/db/dhclient.leases file, presumably (at least that matches the values there, and is in the regular netblock I get from my broadband ISP). > What do you have in your /etc/rc.conf (network_interfaces, ifconfig_* > and defaultrouter is the most interesting variables)? Nothing for network_interfaces #ifconfig_xl0="DHCP" ifconfig_vr0="DHCP" ifconfig_vr0="inet 213.132.119.242 netmask 255.255.255.0" defaultrouter=213.132.119.1 The "xl0" line is from the old 3com card, and the "copy" of it is from my attempts to make it work. The line with the "inet..." is repeated a few times from attempts to use sysinstall to enable the card. /Par -- Par Leijonhufvud par@hunter-gatherer.org I think, however, that you will find that, online or in realspace, entering an ongoing conversation and insulting the people conducting it is not a good way of obtaining information. --David Friedman
