Yes.  The tag must be ".".  If, after cvsup'ing, you're still getting 2.6,
you should try a different cvsup server.  I use cvsup12, 11, and 2.

| Make sure your ports sup tag is ".".  You should always be cvsup'ing 
| the HEAD of the ports tree.  If it still gives you 2.6, change cvsup
servers.
