I have tried it without CPUTYPE and CFLAGS, with NO_CPU_CFLAGS and NO_CPU_COPTFLAGS, without NO_PROFILE= and -> still same error :( I don't think it has anything to do with the NO_PROFILE=, as buildworld works on my i386 machine with this flag set.
