It looks to me like the Makefile needs to check to see if docbook-4.1 is installed, and if so, exit with a warning/error something to the effect of "textproc/docbook4.1 breaks the build. Uninstall ${PORTSDIR}/textproc/docbook-410 to proceed with the build." or something like that. If you would like more testing done on this error, let me know and we can work together on this (offlist, maybe?) I'm willing to install ports and test builds to help make it work better for others too. Thanks!
